Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are shipped with HepsiJet and typically delivered within 3–5 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders of ₺5,000 and over. Below that it is ₺150 within Türkiye and €30 worldwide; the amount charged is shown at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under Turkish distance-selling regulations you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

Start a return by emailing merhaba@navohi.com. Returned items must be unused, with tags intact and in resaleable condition.

We cover return shipping. Once your return is approved we send you a prepaid return code, so you can send the parcel with HepsiJet at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, your payment is refunded to the original card/method within 14 days at the latest.

Damaged/Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact merhaba@navohi.com; we cover shipping and exchange costs.

How it works in practice

A piece is packed and handed to the courier from Istanbul. Inside Turkey that is a domestic delivery; everywhere else it goes out as an international parcel, and the customs of the destination country decide whether anything is due on arrival — that part is outside our hands and is charged to the person receiving it, not to us.

A return starts with an email rather than a form. Tell us which piece and why, and the return postage is ours, not yours; you do not need to argue for that or pay it up front and claim it back. Send the piece back in a condition it could be sold in — unworn, with whatever it arrived in — and the refund goes to the card that paid, which is the only place a Turkish card refund is allowed to go.

A hand-dyed piece is not a factory piece. Small differences between the photograph and the scarf in your hands are the process rather than a fault, and are not grounds for a return in themselves. Anything that is actually wrong — a flaw in the silk, a piece that arrived damaged — is, and always was.
