Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Orders are shipped with HepsiJet and typically delivered within 3–5 iş günü (3–5 business days). A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under Turkish distance-selling regulations you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

Start a return by emailing merhaba@navohi.com. Returned items must be unused, with tags intact and in resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, your payment is refunded to the original card/method within 14 days at the latest.

Damaged/Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact merhaba@navohi.com; we cover shipping and exchange costs.
