Data We Collect
To process orders and delivery we handle your name, billing/shipping address, email, phone and order details. During payment, your card data is processed via 3D Secure directly on Garanti BBVA’s virtual POS; we do not store your full card number.
Purpose
Your data is used to create and fulfil orders, process payments, handle delivery, returns/exchanges, customer support and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Data is shared only as needed with the courier (HepsiJet), the payment institution (Garanti BBVA) and legal authorities. It is never sold to third parties for marketing.

In plain terms
The formal text above is the one that counts. In ordinary language: to send you a scarf we need a name, an address, an email and a phone number, and the courier needs enough of that to find your door. Payment card details never reach us — the card is entered on the bank's own 3D Secure page and what comes back to the shop is a yes or a no.
The site counts visits, which pages were read and which pieces were viewed, so we can tell what is worth writing more about. That measurement is tied to a browser rather than to a person, and it is separate from anything you type into an order. If you want to know what is held against your name, or want it deleted, write to us and say so; the address is on the contact page and the rights the formal text lists are the ones we act on.
