Navohi runs on two addresses. This site is the catalogue — the artists, the collections, the story of each piece. Orders, accounts and payment live on the shop at shop.navohi.com, which is where your confirmation email comes from and where you sign in to see an order again. If you are writing about something you have already bought, having the order number from that confirmation in front of you makes the answer a great deal faster.

Write in English, Turkish or Azerbaijani — all three are read. For a return, say which piece and whether it has been worn; for a question about a piece that is still on sale, the name of it is enough, since every name here is unique. We do not hold a phone line: everything is answered by one person over email, which is slower than a call centre and rather more likely to be right.

What we cannot help with from here: an order placed with a stockist rather than with us, and anything to do with a payment dispute, which has to go through your own bank because the card details were never ours to see. Everything else — where a parcel is, whether a piece can be held, what a motif on a scarf means, whether a colour will look the way it does on your screen — is worth asking, and gets a real answer rather than a template.
