Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER: The customer whose name, address and contact details are provided during the order.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the parties’ rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically via navohi.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT & PAYMENT

The type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price and delivery details of the product are as shown on the order screen and in the order confirmation email. Payment is made by credit/debit card via Garanti BBVA virtual POS using 3D Secure.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via HepsiJet within approximately 3–5 iş günü. Shipping cost, unless stated otherwise, is shown on the order screen.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason or paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent to merhaba@navohi.com.

Returned products must be unused, resaleable and returned with the invoice. The amount is refunded within 14 days at the latest after the returned item reaches the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 — EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made, made-to-measure, or hygienically non-returnable products, where permitted by law.

ARTICLE 7 — DISPUTES

Disputes are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. By confirming the order, the BUYER declares having read and accepted these terms.
